About Us

Since 2009, Omnia Construction LLC has been helping the greater Lake Norman community build, renovate and remodel their homes. We operate under the firm belief that construction is not just construction – our work is a lasting testament to our lifestyle and our legacy, and for this exact reason, we take special care with each and every client so that we can be sure they are not only satisfied with their final product, but also certain they are living in a home that fosters the lifestyle they deserve.

‘Sweating the small stuff’ is in our blood at Omnia Construction. A careful eye for detail is exactly what sets us apart, and exactly what makes construction more than just a job to us.

Scott Liseno has always had a passion for creating and building. His love for seeing things built from virtually nothing has been transformative for him in the professional world. Scott’s career in construction began in Dallas, TX in 1998, where he worked as a project manager for a homebuilder. There he developed his knowledge-base and a superior ability to make meaningful connections with clients, co-workers and trade professionals. After nearly 20 years of expanding on a higher level of professionalism and construction experience, Scott is still dedicated to growth and supplying the highest quality construction services available.

Steve Meierdiercks has been working in construction for almost 15 years. Truly, the craft runs in his blood. He, his brother and his father owned a home remodeling/door and window installation service company together in Upstate New York before Steve relocated to North Carolina. Since arriving at his new home, Steve has made a personal commitment to developing his skills and knowledge of the industry through further sales and installation experience. At Omnia, Steve is on the frontlines of each job as Project Manager. Additionally, Steve is an engineer with the US Army Reserve, for which he has been doing construction for over ten years.

Ron DuDonis brings more than 25 years of residential construction experience to Omnia Construction. A Concord resident since 1992, DuDonis has managed construction in many of the area’s neighborhoods, including The Peninsula, The Point and The Club at Longview, and served as the project manager for the 2006 WCNC NBC-TV televised Levine Children’s Hospital Charity House built in The Club at Longview.  DuDonis also serves as a volunteer chaplain with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team, which provides emotional and spiritual care to those affected by disaster. He pastors, along with a team, for the nonprofit Wilderness Scout Ministries, mentoring men in all aspects of life, with a concentration on military and first responder healing through PTSD. Ron and his wife of 29 years, Nancy, reside in Concord with their two sons.
