From our very first meeting, Omnia Construction immediately stood out. It was clear right away that Scott, the owner, genuinely cares about the people he works with and is focused on building a collaborative, successful partnership—not just completing a project. Throughout the design phase and every day of construction, Scott and our main project manager, Tyler, were fully invested in the success of our renovation. The entire team is honest, highly communicative, and produces excellent-quality work. Kara, as the office manager, was exceptional—organized, responsive, and ensured everything behind the scenes ran seamlessly, which made the process feel smooth from start to finish. Tyler went above and beyond to collaborate closely with our designers, bring our vision to life, and ensure the final result exceeded the beautiful renderings we had planned. He was exceptionally communicative, providing regular updates, detailed weekly recaps for both us and the designers, and using a transparent system that gave us real-time visibility into scheduling, trades, and project financials. After remodeling 10 homes over the last 30 years, I can say that Omnia IS the Gold Standard for professionalism, quality and on schedule project completion! I highly recommend their services. Owner Scott Liseno, presented a realistic proposal, with excellent references. His Project Manager, Dave, was on sight everyday, with a positive attitude to any unforeseen, “old house” issues, or modifications I requested. Clean ups were done daily, after each subcontractor finished. Omnia has worked with us on a few renovation projects at our home and office. The workmanship is excellent quality, and projects are well-managed with good communication. We met with Scott around the end of September 2023 and did a walk thru of our home and discussed what we wanted and our budget. We had already met with an architect and paid for plans and files. The beginning of October, Scott emailed a rough estimate of $245-285k for the project and we let him know this was within our budget and we'd like to proceed. In January, Dave gave us a rough estimate of $285-315 for the project and stated the increase was because they now have our full engineering plans in hand. Ok, no problem. We began working with a designer that Scott reccomended and paid her $10k retainer. We paid Omnia $2,500 and signed a pre construction agreement so they could "bring in all our trades" (their sub contractors). The designer was aware of our budget and we began making selections with her. At no time did we ever opt for a more expensive counter, tile, etc. Finally, May 16 Dave sent us a final quote of $375k, more than $100k over Scott's initial estimate. The estimate listed all items to be completed, but had one lump sum. We have no idea how much our kitchen Reno costs vs our hall bath. No idea how much our custom cabinetry costs. I understand not every little thing can be itemized, but when our initial budget was $285k max and we pushed it to $315k, we'd like an explanation of how we got to $385k. There is no way to scale the project back because we have no idea how much anything costs. We spent over 7 months waiting on a final quote for it to be grossly over all previous estimates. Primary bathroom, powder room, closet and primary bedroom renovation - professionalism, on budget, on time!! We took a chance on Omnia over another large Chlt contractor, and so happy we did! The daily onsite project manager took pride in the project and ensured everything was done right and to our liking. Renovations are hard to live through but Omnia made this as easy as possible for us. Our renovations turned out beautiful! Scott, Kara and Matt were outstanding. Their communication was unbelievable and we always knew what to expect and who would be at our house and when. Our PM Matt, was always on site making sure everything was running smoothly and helped us out in so many extra ways. He had so much patience with all my questions and I don’t know what we would have done without him! The Omnia team, including their sub contractors, really cared about the work they were doing and always went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with how every detail and stage turned out. Everyone at Omnia is honest, dependable, and all around wonderful people. Our kitchen renovation turned out to be everything we wanted and more and is absolutely stunning!
