What didn’t we renovate in this Lake Norman home? From top to bottom, this full-house remodel brought modern functionality and warmth to every corner of the space.
We reimagined the kitchen with a dramatic double island that now anchors the main level—perfect for entertaining, cooking, and grandkid gatherings. Custom built-ins throughout the home add storage and purpose, while updated flooring, lighting, and sleek metal railings give it a fresh, cohesive look.
The primary bathroom and nearly every secondary bath were completely transformed, and we carried that attention to detail into the laundry room, drop zone, and a reworked basement bar made for hosting. Outside, we gave the exterior new life with painted brick and architectural trim details that boost both charm and curb appeal.
