The Point – Marstons Mill, Mooresville

Project Type: Kitchen, Office

Project Duration: 4.5 months

This Mooresville home underwent a targeted renovation to improve function and create a more unified, usable layout. Omnia Construction updated the kitchen, powder room, and office and added a custom wine bar—transforming disjointed areas into spaces that work better together.

Instead of a standard island, the new layout features a long, built-in table with a quartz top—perfect for everything from coffee in the morning to entertaining friends at night. New cabinetry, paneled appliances, and a built-in coffee station replaced dated finishes and closed-off storage streamlining the look and feel of the space.

A previously unused wall became home to a custom wine bar, complete with a 28″ wine fridge, glass-front upper cabinets, and a full-height backsplash that ties it into the kitchen design. This addition added both functionality and a touch of personality to the room.

The powder room was updated with new finishes and fixtures, trading outdated elements for a cleaner, more cohesive look. Omnia refreshed the home office to better reflect the style of the main living areas, with cabinetry and layout improvements that make it more usable day to day.

Each space was reworked with care to improve flow, increase storage, and support how this family lives and entertains—bringing new life to rooms that once felt dated and disconnected.
