This Lake Norman home in the Peninsula underwent a major exterior transformation to elevate everyday living and entertaining. Omnia Construction replaced the original stucco arches and outdated finishes with a streamlined, modern layout featuring a standing seam metal roof, composite trim, hard coat stucco, and custom cable railings.
Upstairs, the covered porch was rebuilt from the subfloor up—now a sleek, open-air lounge equipped with recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and infrared heaters for year-round comfort. The new porcelain tile deck extends seamlessly to the custom staircase and the reimagined pool patio below.
The lower patio includes expanded living space, upgraded lighting and fans, and a new paver system for both style and durability. Columns were rewrapped, and a built-in grilling station completes the setup.
Phase two brought a full basement renovation, including new doors and windows, a modernized bar area, and a layout made for entertaining—blending indoor luxury with outdoor resort-style relaxation.
