This full-home renovation reimagined everyday spaces to better suit the homeowners’ lifestyle—modern, functional, and ideal for entertaining. From gutting the basement to refining the kitchen, bathrooms, and custom storage areas, Omnia Construction brought craftsmanship and purpose to every part of the home.
At the center is a showstopping double island kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and paneled appliances. The open living area flows into a screened-in porch and expanded deck, connected by new railings and a stone fireplace wall for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The primary bath features a walk-in shower and dual vanity, while the new walk-in closet adds smart, structured storage to the suite.
The basement was completely rebuilt to include a sleek bar and lounge area, with large windows and sliding doors that fill the space with natural light.
An upstairs office was converted into a flexible office and bunkroom, while downstairs, the laundry and butler’s pantry were reworked for better flow—showing that even the hardest-working spaces can feel polished and intentional.
