Moving from out of state, we purchased an older house in Davidson knowing we would need a total renovation. Fortunately, we were introduced to Scott and the Omnia team. Scott and his team listened to our fears and concerns and embraced our vision for our new home. Our project manager was Dave who was a joy to work with. Under his direction, a detailed plan was developed that respected our family’s needs, our commitment to the neighborhood and our budget. Four short months later, we moved into our dream home. We recently went through an entire kitchen renovation.  We chose Omnia Construction because from the first meeting with Scott, it was evident that he paid great attention to detail, focused on quality, had a systems approach to avoid surprises and asked great questions to determine that Omnia would be a fit four our project.  And it was a great fit!  The team was professional, very communicative and consistently met timelines throughout the project.  We love our new kitchen!

I knew Scott socially prior to hiring him to remodel our bathroom. I had an unfortunate experience previously, when we hired a family friend to remodel our kitchen, and i was hesitant to work with a friend again. However, after talking with multiple other contractors, we decided to use Scott because of the sense of trust he gave us, and his reputation for quality work.

Scott's quote was not the lowest, but he set realistic expectations, and offered suggestions on how we could cut costs without sacrificing quality. For example, we had initially wanted to wrap the wall tile around to another wall. Given the position of the wall, it has very little visibilty, and Scott suggested we might want to consider against it to save both time and money.

There were many other instances where Scott could have earned more money by doing what we initially thought we wanted, but he was more concerned with making sure we would be satisfied with the end product and recommended alternatives that were more functional.

Scott's crews were extremely professional, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. He kept us informed daily on the status of the project, and oversaw the subcontractors to ensure they were adhering to the schedule.

We were so pleased with Scott's work on this bathroom, that we have already scheduled him to remodel our master bathroom next summer.

We hired Omnia Construction to do our basement renovation. The pricing was fair, all costs were laid out up front, and we knew exactly what would be included. The entire process was seamless. Each night, I received a review of the day's work and a notice about what to expect the next day. I was never surprised or caught off guard at any time. Scott and his team were also available to answer any questions I had and were usually one step ahead of me. They thought of everything. As for budget, the pricing was exactly as they said it would be. No surprises there either. And, to top it off, their work was also top-notch. My basement is absolutely beautiful. It's more than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Scott and the team at Omnia. In fact, we're already looking forward to finding another project for them to work on in the future.

I was introduced to Scott at Omnia Construction through my designer Starr Miller. Her recommendation of Scott went a long way in helping me to select Omnia as the contractor for the remodel of my master bathroom. The project was a complete gut job, all the way to the 2x4s. Which involved a half a dozen subcontractors, whose quality was incredible.

The level of communication I received went a long way to a successful project. I was kept informed of everything going on. Including, access to a project website that contained the entire scope of the project. Everything from financials, payment history, change orders, and the daily schedule were available for me to see. Text messages, phone calls, and emails were answered promptly! I would definitely recommend Omnia Constructions.

My wife and I wanted to have a garage/mudroom added onto our home which is over 30 years old. We wanted the space in our kitchen where the washer/dryer and water heaters were located to be converted into closet space. We contacted arechitect Paul Clark in Davidson who was wonderful to work with and he was able to design exactly what we wanted. We began to look for contractors and read online reviews related to Omnia Construction in Cornelius, NC. Scott Liseno, the owner of the company reviewed the architects plans and provided a very detailed scope of work and fee schedule. While pricing the project Scott took the time to evaluate cost estimates that may have been excessive and sought other vendors that were more in line with what his experience suggested the cost should be. Needless to say this saved our family money on the project. Scott met with us several times and answered all of our questions. We felt comfortable with Scott and selected Omnia for the project. Scotts associate; Steven Meierdiercks, was our personal contact for this job. Steven was at our home just about every day, he sent emails each evening summarizing what had been accomplished and what was scheduled both in the short and long term. Steven was awesome, he sought our input, he responded to any concerns we had and made sure we were satisfied with all of the work that was done. I work late but every time I called Steven he answered the phone and was available to discuss any issue that came up....that is a rare occurence when dealing with businesses today. Scott and Steven worked hard to reduce/eliminate or mitigate any inconvenience to our family during construction. Steven took photos regularly to chronicle the progress of the construction and were were able to show them to family and friends. Scott and Steven dealt with each of their trade partners to ensure work was completed according to to the architects design and any deviations were corrected immediately at no additional cost. In short, the project met and exceeded our expectations and resulted in an addition that matches our home perfectly. We are thrilled with our new closets, mud/laundry room and garage. If you are seeking an honest man who runs a company that will do everything possible to exceed your expectations then I highly recommend Scott Liseno with Omnia Construction.

I used this company to renovate my 50 year old Lake house. This house had had few renovations before and was in fair condition. The renovations included all new exterior windows, two new windows where there weren't any before to enhance the lake view, two new sliding glass doors, a new full view exterior door, all new interior wood doors and closet doors on the main level, a new sturdy and attractive interior stairrail and handrail, and finally, painting of the master bedroom bathroom and dressing room. The work was done in a timely manner and turned out very nice. I enjoyed working with Scott Liseno. He often sent me pictures of the work as it progressed since I live in another state which I appreciated. We often spoke by phone, texted and emailed to keep in touch and he was responsive to my requests and questions. He has done a good job responding to my additional work requests when I needed other things done beyond the original job. I would definitely use Omnia Construction again.

I have been in business for myself since 1991, specializing in finish carpentry and staircases. I have been involved in many projects, commercial and residential. I am a firm believer that in order for a project to be completed in a timely fashion with quality, it requires good management and attention to detail from everyone involved. I first met Scott Liseno when he contacted me in regard to the finish carpentry for a project he was in charge of in Virginia. I had recently completed the finish carpentry on an out-of-town hotel, and really wasn't interested in doing a job out-of-town again. In our initial phone conversation, he got my attention with what he said and how he said it, and I said, "I'll take a look at it." The project he was in charge of was one of the more complex, detailed jobs I had ever considered. After talking with Scott and noticing the details that had been addressed in the framing, it prompted me to consider the job further. After meeting with him a few more times, and coming to terms, I did the work for him. I have never been on a job of that size, with that many details, that went that smooth. We completed the job in a timely fashion, with the quality expected, thus satisfying the owners. It was Scott, with his management and attention to detail that made that happen. I truly enjoyed working with him. If Scott Liseno calls me, I am more than willing to look further in to the project, because I know if he is running the job, it is a good one. I would not hesitate to work with Scott again. If you are looking for someone to manage your project, there is no one better than Scott Liseno. There may be a few that are as good, but it is impossible for anyone to be better. He is first class in every way.

We engaged Omnia for a whole-house renovation. A unique aspect of the renovation was the installation of a 25ft LaCantina folding door system. The craftsmanship throughout the home was exceptional and the project was delivered on time. We were living out of state during the renovation. Our construction had it’s shares of delays due to Covid, supply issues, and the kind of surprises and pivots that all projects have. We were introduced to Scott Liseno/Omnia Construction by our designer kathy McLeod/RES Interiors. The work included a complete remodeling of our kitchen (formerly a kitchen and office), family room, mudroom and kitchen - taking down and moving walls, a complete rebuilding of the entire space, replacing a fireplace, refinishing all flooring, and installing all new fixtures, etc. Scott, Kara and the entire crew were excellent to work with! Very professional, excellent communication, quality work, and attentive to details. All subcontractors were the same. Scott holds himself and his subs to a high standard and met our expectations (more often surpassing them) every step of the way. He doesn’t shy away from issues which inevitably come up, communicates and deals with them quickly, and doesn’t stop until it is resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. An absolute stand up guy! We absolutely love our new space and would highly recommend working with Scott/Omnia Construction!

We hired Omnia to redesign and renovate our upstairs space to add a fourth bedroom, en-suite bathroom, laundry room and small office. The team found s really innovative solution to meet all our needs and after agreeing the plans and the budget the work was completed within a week of schedule and very close to the original budget taking into account changes we made and one unforeseen cost no one could have predicted. Through our engagement with Omnia we were highly impressed by their professionalism ,attention to our needs and the quality of the completed work. What made Omnia different and in my mind better than any contractor we have dealt with was their communication. Every night we would get an email outlining the work completed that day, whether it was on or off plan, and what we should expect the next day in terms of when contractors would arrive and what should be completed. At the end of each week we received an email which summarized the week and an overview of the next weeks plan. Every one on the team were fantastic to deal with and it made the renovation the best building / reno experience we have had. We would not hesitate to use them again and we are happy to talk to any perspective clients and answer any questions they may have.

Omnia Construction went above and beyond from start to finish during our project. Scott, Kara and Matt were outstanding. Their communication was unbelievable and we always knew what to expect and who would be at our house and when. Our PM Matt, was always on site making sure everything was running smoothly and helped us out in so many extra ways. He had so much patience with all my questions and I don’t know what we would have done without him! The Omnia team, including their sub contractors, really cared about the work they were doing and always went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with how every detail and stage turned out. Everyone at Omnia is honest, dependable, and all around wonderful people. Our kitchen renovation turned out to be everything we wanted and more and is absolutely stunning! Primary bathroom, powder room, closet and primary bedroom renovation - professionalism, on budget, on time!! We took a chance on Omnia over another large Chlt contractor, and so happy we did! The daily onsite project manager took pride in the project and ensured everything was done right and to our liking. Renovations are hard to live through but Omnia made this as easy as possible for us. Our renovations turned out beautiful! You will be so pleasantly pleased with Omnia!

Omnia Construction just completed remodeling 3 bathrooms in my home. After remodeling 10 homes over the last 30 years, I can say that Omnia IS the Gold Standard for professionalism, quality and on schedule project completion! I highly recommend their services. Owner Scott Liseno, presented a realistic proposal, with excellent references. His Project Manager, Dave, was on sight everyday, with a positive attitude to any unforeseen, “old house” issues, or modifications I requested. Clean ups were done daily, after each subcontractor finished. Communication was excellent, with a daily progress summary, and at the end of week, updates for the following week .
